I went to the lawblog Conference on Friday. Organised by GeekLawyer and Ruthie, it was an opportunity to get some UK legal bloggers and those with some interest in blogging in a room together.
I was great to put some faces to names at long last – Justin Patten (Human Law) , Professor Jeremy Phillips (IPKAT), Alex (Impact), Nick Homes (Binary Law), Charon PC, John Bolch (Family Lore), and of couse Geeklawyer himself (and Ruthie)
Also good to see a familar face there too in the guise of Lee Bryant of Headshift – as well as giving a good talk to all present, he was also on hand to talk football over lunch!
Sadly didn’t get a chance to talk to everyone present, although did get a brief opportunity in the pub to chat with the Law Society Gazette‘s Rupert White – nice bloke, the Gazette could do with more like him.
