It seems that one of my favourite ex-bloggers, Abbie Mulvihill (AbsTracked. I’ll wait while you go and sign up to her rss feed …) is now an ex ex-blogger and has been posting again since June. I only got around to deleting the rss feed for the site in about April, so it’s typical that she waited to get rid of me before starting again! (only kidding, Abbie)
Anyway, as part one went down well – as did the pints of Abbot and Ruddles in the pub last night – today we move on to wine.

Snooth: “By combining the company’s proprietary algorithms with the world’s most comprehensive wine database, Snooth is able to accurately identify the wines best-suited to an individual. Snooth analyzes a user’s unique set of interactions with the site and, using its powerful recommendation engine, leverages this digital fingerprint to generate highly-personalized wine recommendations. Snooth also interprets wine queries more naturally and optimizes the relevancy of search results, by incorporating semantic search elements into its core technology” sound like a load of old bollocks to me, but don’t let that stop you giving it a whirl.
